Some men like to establish contact with other men who have been treated for breast cancer after being diagnosed, during treatment or in the time which follows. Loved ones may also have a need for contact. Contact with peers offers the possibility to share experiences, exchange information and ask questions. Ask a question Questions from men with breast cancer or loved ones to the Breast Cancer Association, also about contact with peers, can be asked here. Telephone contact via the experience line: The experience line is for telephone contact with peers. Representation of the Dutch Breast Cancer Society (BVN)’s men’s expert group.
The men’s expert group is part of the Dutch Breast Cancer Society. This group consists of a small group of men who have been treated for breast cancer themselves. The expert group is committed to contacting peers, improving information provision, increasing awareness of breast cancer among men in the Netherlands and Europe and improving the quality of care for men with breast cancer.
